Every count, every position, every practice — in one place.
Fullout is the training workspace for cheer programs. Attendance, mat formations and 8-count sheets, synced across every phone and tablet on the floor. Works without signal, because gyms rarely have any.
Fullout is a training workspace for competitive cheerleading programs: coaches take attendance, arrange athletes into formations on a competition mat, and build 8-count sheets for a routine — in one place, synced live across every device, and working offline in the gym.

Attendance that takes one tap
Mark a whole squad from the sideline. Every device sees it immediately, and the sheet still works when the hall has no signal.
Formations on a real mat
Drag athletes onto a floor with the strips your competition actually uses. Stunt groups move as a unit; lines space themselves evenly.
8-count sheets that play
Build the routine count by count against the music, and watch the formation change as the playhead moves through it.
One workspace, every device
Phone on the mat, iPad at the desk, laptop at home. Same workspace, no exporting, no version anyone has to chase.
Against how it is done today
Most programs run on paper, a slide deck and a group chat. That is the thing to beat.
| Paper, slides and group chats | Fullout | |
|---|---|---|
| Changing a formation | Redraw it, re-export it, resend it, and hope everyone opens the newest one | Drag the athlete; every device already has it |
| Who was at practice | A clipboard, later typed into a spreadsheet, if anyone remembers | One tap per athlete from the sideline |
| Two coaches editing | Two versions, and a conversation about which one is right | Both edit; the sheet merges itself, even after being offline |
| No signal in the hall | Whatever is printed or already downloaded | Everything works, and syncs when signal returns |
| Athletes and parents | A photo of a sheet in a chat, out of date the moment it is sent | A read-only link that updates itself, with no account to make |
| The 8-count and the floor together | Two documents, kept in step by memory | One timeline — the formation changes as the count plays |
What does the beta actually cost?
Nothing, for as long as it runs. The price you see here is what you pay when it ends, and it is locked to your account for good.
Do my athletes need accounts?
No. Coaches sign in; athletes and parents open a share link that shows the sheet read-only and updates live.
Does it work in a gym with no reception?
Yes. Everything is edited locally and synced when you get signal back. Two coaches editing the same sheet offline converge without anyone resolving a conflict.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It stays yours. Export it or delete it — deleting an organization removes it from our sync backend as well.
